In Store Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terracotta Savannah! In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your item or we will issue you store credit in the amount of your purchase. The item you wish to return must be brought back within 10 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and hang tags still attached. No cash, credit card, or check refunds will be made. Online Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terra Cotta Savannah online! In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. We want all of our customers to love their purchases. We acknowledge that it can be tricky when shopping online since you aren’t able to feel the fabrics, try on sizes, and see the pieces in person.
We will accept returns that have been postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, packaging intact, and hang tags still attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made on the card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds will be approved once the item has arrived to us, and we verify that it is in good condition. As a small business, we try our best to make sure all of our customers have a great shopping experience with us, so if you have any further questions or concerns don’t hesitate to contact us! 
We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 days of purchase excluding holidays and weekends. We ship anywhere in the United Sates lower 48, and we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally. In the case that you need expedited shipping please contact us directly, so that we can best accommodate your shipping needs.
